Individual & Team Development
Hitting Streak Baseball believes to be a fundamentally sound hitter, it is necessary to have a consistent balanced athletic stance, which provides minimal amount of head and body movement from ready position to follow through. Once the "athletic stance" is consistent we move to establish the hit position which includes coil/load and stride, progressing on to developing the swing mechanics for a short compact swing with a full follow through. These mechanics are reinforced to create muscle memory with the combination of drills, mirror work, a positive environment, instructional follow up and player's individual level of dedication.

for strengths and weaknesses. From this evaluation we develop a personalized
program to address skills that need improvement while reinforcing the positive.
Beyond individual skill there is a whole dynamic of within in the game of baseball that
is directly related to the team environment. Knowing when and where to be on a
baseball diamond is critical to the development of all successfull players.

Richie participated at the collegiate level playing at Sacramento City College, Cal State Fullerton, and Southern Arkansas University. At Southern Arkansas Richie was selected as an All American and Conference Player of the Year.
